Initial Cleaning

Your first cleaning will be the price of two cleanings, if the yard has not been recently cleaned.

One Time Cleaning

One time cleanings start at $40 for the first 30 minutes, then $10 for every additional 15 minutes

Ground Sanitation

We offer ground sanitation at your request.  We spray soiled areas with pet and eco-friendly spray

All rates are based on average sized yards.   Larger yards may be subject to additional fees.

Doggy Visitation
Allow us to let your dog outside for a stretch or potty break while you are gone.
-  15 minutes / $15
-  30 minutes / $25
Up to two dogs, additional pets are $5 each

Home Checkup Service
While we are there, we can check on your home, pick up your mail/packages and water your plants for an additional $15
