Yes, we provide pet waste removal service for all seasons, all year long.  However, in the event of extreme weather conditions and holidays, your service day may be rescheduled accordingly.

Yes.  For the protection of your property, we do not climb or jump over fences.  Please remember to have the gate unlocked on your scheduled service day.  You are welcome to provide a key or the combination to a lock if you prefer.

No, you do not have to sign any contracts.  Your service will be scheduled once your first payment is received and will continue on a month-to-month basis.  We have no minimum service period and you can cancel anytime.

We send out invoices via email at the beginning of each month.  You are charged on a month-to-month basis and can cancel at anytime.  You are always welcome to pay for more than one month at a time, if you prefer to do so.

Absolutely!  That's why we are Super-Duper Pooper Scoopers.  🙂  If for some reason you are unsatisfied with our service, we will gladly return to your home to re-scoop the poop.
